Exhibition Schedule changes

Some students will now be following another PYP5 schedule for the duration of the Exhibition process, in order to maximise the time that the group has together to work on their Exhibition, and also available times they are all in class to have guide meetings.

If your child's schedule has changed, they would have received a copy of their new timetable today at school. Please note the days that school finishes at 3pm instead of the regular 2.30pm, due to PE.

PYP5D have PE Monday's 2-3pm
PYP5E have PE Thursday's 2-3pm
PYP5F have PE Friday's 2-3pm

If you had previously emailed your child's class teacher about a conflicting time with a change in schedule, but you find that your child has still been moved onto that schedule, do not worry, an arrangement has been made that he or she is able to join another grade 5 class during this time and not miss that particular special subject.

This new schedule will start as of tomorrow, Tuesday April 14th, 2015.
